Website Developer - Marketing Focus +
R17 Ventures is seeking a talented and motivated Website Developer with a strong understanding of marketing principles to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing company websites and related digital assets to enhance online presence and drive marketing success. You will work closely with our marketing team to implement strategies, ensure technical SEO best practices, and create engaging user experiences that convert.
Responsibilities:
● Shopify, Webflow and Hubspot.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and translate
them into functional and visually appealing web solutions.
● Implement and maintain technical SEO elements, including site structure, schema
markup, page speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
● Ensure website performance, security, and scalability.
● Integrate website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and provide insights to the marketing team on website performance and user behavior.
● Develop and implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve
conversion rates and user engagement.
● Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, marketing technologies, and
best practices.
● Contribute to the development and maintenance of website documentation and style
guides.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
● Platform Management: Develop and execute advanced paid media strategies across social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and Google.
● Tracking & Analytics: Implement and manage advanced tracking and tagging using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analyze user behavior.

Responsibilities:
●Develop and maintain internal tools using Python and web frameworks like Django or Flask for automation and reporting.
● Oversee the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
● Design and implement sophisticated data solutions for client campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting.
● Establish and enforce best practices for data security, quality, and governance, including access controls and compliance.
