HOW DID WE GUIDE THE DCAP GO2MARKET STRATEGY?
R17 Ventures expertly implemented a pre-launch strategy that laid a strong foundation for DCAP's go-live campaign. In our pre-launch, we identified key channels, target markets, creative assets, and customer journeys, which also assisted the DCAP team on where to focus their energy on closing investors. Based on benchmarks, we expected 50 leads per month at an average cost per lead of CHF100. So far, we have outperformed that with a cost per lead of CHF75 and expect to continue to outperform (at volume) due to our ad assets, sophisticated email nurturing flows, and strong product offering. We will also be leveraging advanced Looker Studio dashboards for performance analysis and ongoing campaign optimizations.
