R17 Ventures expertly navigated the complexities of a pre-launch and go-to-market strategy for Fliggs Mobile, achieving remarkable results. Our approach included building an early customer list by establishing a rigorous testing framework that served as the foundation for subsequent campaigns. We leveraged key pillars to test messaging angles, creatives, headlines, CTAs, etc. and targeted Tier 1 locations across the US. From there, we employed a process of elimination to identify the most effective strategies. Central to our success was the implementation of advanced Looker Studio dashboards, which provided invaluable feedback from potential customers. These insights guided our marketing strategies, enabling us to gauge performance, track progress towards targets, and measure the effectiveness of each campaign. How was this done?
